We know Mr. Gareth Evans from his tenure as headteacher of our daughter’s school. We consider him to be a highly competent, caring, imaginative leader with uplifting energy and attention to detail. He fostered a culture of inclusion and respect, and was able to motivate children by example and encouragement. He was resilient in the face of adversity, in particular in his reassuring response several sensitive situations. Mr. Evans successfully upgraded the school’s procedures and their execution, resulting in the highest grade in the ISI inspection. As a headteacher Mr. Evans has all the necessary management, social and soft skills in abundance. He possesses a true passion for children’s education as well as immense professional and cultural knowledge that he is willing to share generously.
