We have been so lucky to have Gareth tutor our twins – helping them through 11+ preparation and their SATS, in both English and maths.  Although both children approach things in very different ways, Gareth has had no trouble in identifying how to incentivise and engage them individually – and equally for maths as well as English. The proof has been in sterling results – we are delighted. But beyond results, it has been a pleasure to hear them enthusing about the Latin roots of English words, how they can compare characters in Animal Farm with key figures in history or just simply seeing their confidence grow. Gareth has a wonderful delivery and uses technology to great advantage. He is so skilled at getting the best out of our twins – he even had them enjoying non-verbal reasoning.
